Legal certainty based on Ecuadorian legal standards

The general objective of the research was to carry out a legal analysis of legal security based on Ecuadorian legal regulations. This research used the quantitative method, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. It was supported by a documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. The survey technique used to collect information; the questionnaire was applied to the sample of 60 people selected using the Microsoft Forms tool. It is concluded that legal security is a right established in Ecuador's legal regulations, specifically in the Constitution of the Republic (2008), which is based on respect for the Magna Carta and the existence of legal norms that must be complied with by all citizens. It is suggested, as a possible solution to the problem, a plan for informative workshops on legal security, based on Ecuadorian legal regulations.
