The influence of the pandemic on the professional practice of lawyers. Case: Tulcán, Ecuador

The general objective of this research was to legally analyze the influence of the pandemic on the professional practice of lawyers. Case: Tulcán, Ecuador. It was based on a quantitative, documentary-bibliographic perspective. This in view of the fact that from the documentary review and the study of the social reality observed, the researchers have been able to infer reflective conclusions about the problem posed. An analysis was made through the collection of information by means of questions to 20 free practice professionals of the area of Jurisprudence of the city of Tulcán, about the development of the professional work in times of pandemic. It is concluded that the pandemic was a health problem that affected in a global way all the inhabitants of the planet and lawyers, therefore, it was considered as a danger for professional practice and security.
