Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyze the information using a dashboard for decision making. Quantitative and descriptive research was applied with Google Forms surveys. In the results it was possible to identify inefficient processes due to the management of information in the same platform of each period. In this way, it has been possible to carry out a better monitoring and control of the assigned resources, educational institutions, teachers, etc. and thus make appropriate decisions giving a positive result within the processes and the information processed. In conclusion, with the application of administrative processes to education, a marked influence of this discipline in educational management is observed, evidenced through its three schools, the classical one, the one of human relations and the one of behavioral sciences. . For public institutions, due to budget limitations, it is difficult to acquire software and even more BI software.
