Consecuencias del embarazo en la adolescencia

Objetivo: Analizar las consecuencias del embarazo en la adolescencia. Método: Descriptiva documental, se revisaron 15 articulos publicados en PubMed, Scopus. Conclusión: El embarazo en la adolescencia, especialmente cuando está relacionado con la violencia sexual y de pareja, representa una problemática compleja que requiere una intervención integral. Las adolescentes en situaciones de vulnerabilidad enfrentan mayores riesgos de embarazos no deseados y complicaciones físicas y psicológicas, exacerbadas por la falta de acceso a anticonceptivos y servicios de salud reproductiva. Abordar esta realidad demanda la implementación de políticas que incluyan educación sexual integral, protección contra la violencia de género, y un acceso equitativo a servicios de salud física y mental, garantizando el bienestar y los derechos de las adolescentes en contextos de riesgo.
