Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze resilience as a motivational axis in teaching. A documentary type with bibliographic design, it was used the review of 22 scientific articles located in: PubMed, Scopus, WOS, Scielo. Resilience occurs when the teaching staff adapts to various unfavorable situations presented at school, by making use of personal characteristics that allow them to turn limitations into strengths and thus overcome adversities. It is necessary for teachers to strengthen their own teaching competence and resilience before teaching online. Strategies that serve to enhance resilience derive from the psychological, pedagogical and linguistic-sociological. Public school teachers find in their classrooms students from vulnerable environments, making it necessary for them to demonstrate a series of personal and contextual skills that allow them to face the different problems that may arise in their work.
