Functional structural fisicoculturism. A different way to conceive, practice culturism and physical conditioning

The objective of the research was to design a proposal on functional structural bodybuilding as an alternative to conceive and practice bodybuilding and physical conditioning. The athlete assumes a new conception to train in a focus that seeks to work on muscle functionality, exercise it so that it fulfills the corresponding natural anatomical function. Methodologically worked from the perspective of holistic research. The functional bodybuilding is governed by the principles: 1. Similar muscular function. 2. Muscular order. 3. Muscular priority. Among the main conclusions is that the main objective pursued is to work the muscle from the beginning of its functionality, exercising it according to the corresponding function, that is, tension or extension, this way a harmonic biomechanics can be realized, this way a harmonic biomechanics can be realized accompanied by the stimulating exercise of its aesthetic atrophy.
