Articulation of the substantive functions and their importance in the training of professionals in administration

The objective of the research is to determine the importance of the articulation of the substantive functions in the process of professional formation in the students of the Academic Unit of Administration, Cuenca - Ecuador. Due to its nature, it is non-experimental, descriptive and correlational. The role played by the substantive functions in Higher Education is transcendent for professional training (V6), with a specific weight of 0.860. The analysis carried out allowed concluding that the predictor variable (Articulation of the substantive functions) has a positive relationship with respect to the dependent variable professional training. Likewise, the levels of relationship of the proposed items with respect to each of the variables were established, which made it possible to identify their level of importance for each of them.
