Automation of the dispatch of imported vehicles in the Port Authority of Esmeraldas, Ecuador

The objective of this article is to propose an improvement in the dispatch of imported vehicles through automation. According to the scope, this research is descriptive, since its purpose is to describe the problem, the causes found and the possible solutions in customer satisfaction. The Results oriented that the Esmeraldas Port Authority should access technological solutions such as automation, allowing the use of electronic and computerized elements to inspect processes, optimizing the intervention of people. In conclusion, with the implementation of the automation of the processes in the commercial port of Esmeraldas, in addition to attracting potential clients at an international level related to its hinterland, it is very possible that new jobs will be created through hiring through different actors such as shipping agencies, dispatchers, port operators, customs agents, among others.
