Mining and its impact on the integrity of citizens, Chimbo, Ecuador

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze mining and its impact on the integrity of citizens, Chimbo, Ecuador. The research was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic referential, in this sense, from a bibliographic design of documentary type, the study population, was based basically on written documents such as theses and refereed works, laws. The analytical-synthetic, is based on mentally decomposing the system studied in several compendiums in order to reach the production of new knowledge. The inductive-deductive method was also used. It is concluded that, the concessionary companies of mining production at small, medium and large scale, do not assume with conscious and legal responsibility the exploitation of mining resources, they do not care at all about destroying nature.
