Infringement of the right to work of young professionals, Ventanas, Ecuador

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the violation of the right to work of young professionals, Ventanas, Ecuador. The approach taken by the researchers for the development of the method was based on the quantitative approach, through inquiry, collection and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references, based on the methodical, rigorous and in-depth exploration of various documentary sources consisting of articles, theses, regulations and laws, among others, describing the findings. In addition, a survey was applied to 24 young people. It is concluded that the violation of the right to work does exist and that it is a phenomenon that is currently affecting many young professionals, resulting in socioeconomic challenges they face every day. A specialized orientation for young professionals should be proposed in order to evaluate the precariousness of morals, ethics and professionalism.
