The inaction of the State Comptroller General's Office in the determination of responsibilities

Abstract

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the inaction of the State Comptroller General's Office in the determination of responsibilities. The method used by the researchers, is based on the qualitative approach, handling the collection and analysis of a documentary-bibliographic typology, the documentary analysis established a review of information and data concerning the topic that allowed understanding research topics of law, journals and theses. The technique for the collection of information was the interview, applied to 11 informants, based on the interview guide. A qualitative analysis software ATLAS TI will be used to process the information. It is concluded that the different informants established important shortcomings within the processes of this control entity, corroborating the inaction that operates as an administrative inactivity that results in the expiration that leads to a mode of extinction of the administrative act.
