Interpretative provision in the Organic Law on Humanitarian Support and the regression of labor rights

Abstract

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the interpretative provision in the Organic Law of Humanitarian Support and the regression of labor rights. It was supported from the qualitative approach, the use of several bibliographic sources was made in order to obtain real and updated information to be able to achieve the purpose set out in front of the legal problem under analysis. For the collection of factual data on the problem studied, the interview technique was used in order to obtain relevant information and support the analysis, to several legal professionals. It is concluded that the urgent creation of the Organic Law of Humanitarian Support and its Interpretative Provision is approved under parameters of social and economic interests, without foreseeing the disastrous results and consequences, violating constitutional and human rights, without any sense of respect and coherence of social benefit.
