Analysis of the inchoate divorce as a form of marital dissolution in Ecuador

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the analysis of the unconstitutional divorce as a form of marital dissolution in Ecuador. Given the qualitative nature of the research, we proceeded with the legal analysis of the incausado divorce, in Ecuador, we examined the background content of the documentary and bibliographic analysis, we conceived the use of methods of theoretical level and empirical level of knowledge, such as: Analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, the information was selected through the interview and bibliographic technique. An interview based on a guide of questions was applied to three Family, Women, Childhood and Adolescence Judges of the city of Quevedo. It was concluded that it is crucial that the legal system of Ecuador respects the fundamental rights of people in an environment that values individual autonomy, and that this figure is taken into account as a new method of breaking the marriage bond.
