Immigrant protection and mobility rights in the face of mass deportations

ABSTRACT
The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the protection of immigrants and mobility rights in the face of mass deportations. The method of this research was developed from the quantitative approach, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic reference. From a bibliographic design of documentary type, whose inquiry of critical reflection, the method of analysis of the studied phenomenon was constructed, considering laws, norms, agreements, international treaties, theses, which led to the obtaining of relevant information, the construction of the theoretical fabric and the generation of the conclusions. It is concluded that the protection of immigrants must respect the mobility rights of both Ecuador and Colombia. The immediate and effective protection of fundamental or human rights against state power is a measure to prevent violations against migratory groups, through judicial instances and respect for international instruments.
