Infringement of labor rights from teleworking in Ecuador

The general objective was to determine the violation of labor rights from teleworking in Ecuador. The research is developed from the quantitative paradigm, in addition it was framed from a documentary-bibliographic design, through the inquiry, collection and critical analysis of documentary and bibliographic reference, based on the methodical, rigorous and deep exploration of various documentary sources such as scientific research, articles and standards and laws, theses, among others. Describing the findings found, allowing to develop the theoretical body in relation to the subject of study. It is concluded that teleworking caused a detriment in the labor and social stability of teleworkers, as it generated the reduction of working hours generated the reduction of up to 50% of wages, but the allowances and man hours actually worked rather increased, which was totally incongruous and unfair because, worked more, but earned much less, generating a regression.
