Begging of children as a means of exploitation, Babahoyo, Ecuador

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the begging of children as a means of exploitation, Babahoyo, Ecuador. The approach taken by the researchers for the development of the method was based on the quantitative approach, through the inquiry, collection and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references, based on the methodical, rigorous and in-depth exploration of various documentary sources consisting of articles, theses, regulations and laws, among others. In addition, a survey was applied to 58 citizens. It is concluded that the analysis on the subject of beggar children and adolescents should be deepened, since it is an unavoidable duty of the family, society and the state to ensure the enjoyment of the rights related to survival, the integral development of children and their participation in the matters that belong to them.
