Infringement of the principle of legal effectiveness in extraordinary birth registrations in the Ankuash community, Ecuador

The general objective was to legally analyze the violation of the principle of legal effectiveness in extraordinary birth registrations in the Ankuash community, Ecuador. The method of this research was developed from the quantitative approach, through the search, collection and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references. From a bibliographic design of documentary type, from critical reflection, the method of analysis of the study phenomenon was constructed, considering laws, norms and theses, which led to the obtaining of relevant information, the construction of the theoretical fabric and the generation of conclusions. In addition, a survey was applied to all the heads of families of the Ankuash Community, conformed by a sample of 36 people. It is concluded that, in the birth registrations performed in an extraordinary manner, in the ANKUASH community, the principle of legal efficacy is violated since, for several reasons, the goal of the process is not achieved.
