Gestión de calidad y su relación con la formación académica del Piloto civil

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between quality management and the academic training of the civil pilot in the Civil Aviation Schools of Peru. This research had a quantitative approach. This research had a quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method, applied type, correlational level, with non-experimental design and cross section. The sample consisted of 80 collaborators from three areas, commercial pilots, Airline pilots and instructor pilots. The instruments obtained a cronbach's alpha, GC (0.898) and FA (0.962). The results indicated a moderate positive relationship, with a Spearman Rho (0.617), the test being significant with a p-value = 0.000 <0.05. It was concluded that a higher quality management exists a high academic training.
