Abstract

The objective of the research is to identify the technological resources that are used by teachers in the Covid health emergency19 in the different Educational Institutions, to teach classes to their students, it was non-Experimental with descriptive cross section. Obtaining as a result the application of WhatsApp as a communication resource during the learning process in this pandemic, another factor that predominates is the lack of mastery and training of teachers in ICT information and communication technologies that sheds light on a Continuous training and updating of teachers' knowledge to face new challenges and use technology in a pedagogical way
