Transposition of knowledge from the organizational analysis of morgan metaphors; tool to break paradigms of the university academic management in Venezuela

The organizational images allow to visualize the context in which the organizations are immersed, defining models of behavior that respond to their organizational culture. This article begins with Morgan's approach (1990) contrasting them with managerial aspects for the identification of metaphors in the UNEFA Falcón nucleus, Coro headquarters. The comparison of the same allowed to identify the images that are more clearly present in said context. The analysis carried out is of great importance for the management of culture and organizational behavior, allowing better work in the achievement of the objectives at the level of the existing articulation between academic management and the transposition of knowledgeDownloads
