Impact of strategic leadership on organizational commitment

The general objective of the research was to describe the impact of strategic leadership on organizational commitment. The research was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic reference, it was supported by written documents such as refereed works, among others, and the content analysis of the information collected was also considered. The inductive-deductive method was also used. The study population was 210 people. A sample of 136 workers was obtained from zones 1 and 2 of the Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de la Región la Libertad, to which a questionnaire was applied. It was concluded that strategic leadership generates a positive impact, which confirms the current theory discussed at a more specific level, thus contributing to enriching the available knowledge. Strategic leadership implies fostering commitment to the organization
