Quality management and work stress in hotel personnel

Regarding the objective was to determine the relationship between quality management and work stress at Saint Germain Hotel in Trujillo, 2023. The research followed a course aligned as descriptive non-experimental, the population amounted to the total of 30 formal workers in the Saint Germain Hotel of Trujillo to the year 2023.there is statistically a positive correlation besides mean between quality management and labor stress (0.684 obtained with the Pearson's "r" statistic), such result reached a significance of 0.029 fulfilling the parameter p < 0.05, it reveals that in case the scores have an increase in one variable, then the increase will be registered in the second variable and vice versa. The medullar hypothesis admitting the correlation was categorically admitted.
