Organizational climate and its relationship with job satisfaction among university administrative personnel

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction of administrative personnel in a private university in Ancash, Peru. Descriptive research with non-experimental design and correlational support was developed. The population consisted of 166 administrative workers, working with the totality of this, so it was not necessary to calculate the sample. There is a significant relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction of the administrative personnel of a university in Ancash, whose Rho coefficient was 0.777. The importance of an adequate organizational climate under interpersonal relationships among all members of the institution, however, the management of the company obtains better results through the fulfillment of activities by the collaborators
