Current models of pedagogical management: Systematic review

Abstract

The emerging models of school management that are applied in educational institutions are associated with various educational paradigms. The general objective of this study was to determine the importance of current school management models present in educational institutions. For this purpose, a systematic review was carried out under the PRISMA method, of a basic, descriptive nature. The search engines used were Boolean operators and the Scopus and Scielo databases, based on a key question and exclusion and inclusion criteria, in the period 2020 to 2023. The procedure resulted in 1088 articles, from which 15 were finally selected using exclusion and inclusion criteria by date, type of document, relevance to the subject matter for subsequent analysis. It was concluded that these models have brought about changes in school dynamics, facilitating the fulfillment of goals and objectives of the institutions.
