Leadership style and entrepreneurial teacher

The objective is to determine the leadership style and entrepreneurial teacher that characterize the teachers of the I.E.88320, Santa 2021. The research from a methodological context was carried out from the quantitative with a descriptive type with a non-experimental design. The population consisted of 16 teachers. In correspondence to the objective of the research, according to the valuation of the scale, they are within the average of (25.18), where the teachers demonstrate good qualities of entrepreneurial leadership in the Educational Institution. It is determined that the teachers of the educational institution 88320, demonstrate a beginning in the practice of entrepreneurial leadership qualities. Likewise, according to the results of the scales carried out by dimensions in the research, which are: personal qualities, entrepreneurial qualities and roles; it shows that there is correspondence between the above described with the entrepreneurial teacher leadership.
