Abstract

Public management has a direct impact on society and the well-being of citizens, one of the objectives of public management is to ensure good treatment, efficient use of resources and adequately plan services; In this context, this study aims to analyze whether job performance predicts the effectiveness of public management, for this purpose the perception of 427 workers was studied, finding that job performance predicts public management. For this reason, it is important that necessary actions are taken to foster a work environment that values ​​and promotes excellence in performance.
