Abstract

The objective is to determine the relationship between labor well-being and teaching commitment in an educational institution in Peru. It was developed from a quantitative approach and correlational scope, with a non-experimental field design, the population was made up of 41 teachers. A coefficient of 0.437 is evidenced, cataloging a moderate positive correlation between the study variables. A relationship is generated between the variables, so the positive hypothesis is approved and the null is rejected. The correlation, being moderately positive, reveals the need to increase labor well-being, since the teaching commitment has been statistically more significant in the participants. This implies that teachers are highly committed to their work, despite the fact that this does not generate all the favorable conditions to develop it.
