Digital Pedagogical Competencies of the administration teachers of the Universidad Católica de Cuenca, Ecuador

Abstract

This research addresses the digital skills of teachers as a didactic strategy in the teaching-learning process in the Administration career of the Catholic University of Cuenca. The development of these competencies was analyzed, for this data was collected through the application of a measuring instrument and later the results were analyzed through the SMART PLS program through the method of structural equations, the results reveal the possibility of generating a structural model that relates digital skills with didactic strategies, where the greatest individual weight falls on the evaluation of resources and work tools in the classroom, which leads to a close relationship between digital skills and the pedagogical skills of the university teacher.
