Principle of human resources management in human talent unit

Abstract

The fundamental principle in any organization, whether private or governmental, is associated with the management of human resources. For this reason, in all institutions or companies that make up the public sector, it is essential to have an optimal planning of the personnel movement. In this context, occasional service contracts are signed only when there is an exceptional circumstance. This modality is distorted when personnel are hired for positions that already exist in the company's structure, whose entry is not due to an eventuality but to a reiterated requirement. This alteration creates a myriad of labor problems that are difficult to solve. In this work, with the use of statistical methodology, we intend to demonstrate the lack of interest in the unavoidable principle, "human resources administration", in order to propose solutions to straighten the correct management of the referred maxim.
