Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research was to establish the articulation of the school environmental project as a pedagogical tool for the care of the environment in teachers of the 4 sites of the Simón Rodríguez District educational institution.  It was contemplated from an initially quantitative and then qualitative aspect, considering that the study obeyed a sequential explanatory design (DEXPLIS). The quantitative data analysis provided the theoretical-practical foundations available to the teacher for the formation and generation of an ethical culture in the management of the environment and Units of data content. In its qualitative part, through the interview guide, it was possible to establish factors and pedagogical tools that emerged during the analysis of the line unit, such as environmental education from the area taught together with the communicative and social competences, importance of the environment and factors to organize the PRAE.
