Digital competencies in children and their impact on learning in Intercultural Bilingual Community Education Centers

The present investigative work had an analytical focus on the deficit of digital network skills in children of bilingual intercultural community educational centers, which have been the main causes and effects to have their level of learning and how we could improve their technological level, has reviewed several bibliographical citations study concepts as a research base, applying the type of non-experimental qualitative information since it has been an in situ field investigation based on analysis with the help of the following investigative tools that helped us determine the main problem, and find a solution through a work proposal, which will be to create new technological strategies, to combat the deficit of digital network management and the hypothesis of the problem is that technological education in its first school years, for this reason it is necessary that teachers should use technological means as a new strategy educational technologies thus potentiating the educational system includes quality for the beneficiaries.
