Diversification of the exportable offer and peruvian exports

The objective of this article is to analyze the diversification of the Peruvian export supply and exports. The methodology taken into account was the review of scientific literature from specialized databases; Scopus, Ebsco Host and Redalyc. The main results indicate that countries should seek to diversify their exportable supply and diversify their exports by destination markets, moving from an export structure of primary products to a manufacturing industrialization of value-added products, thus reducing the effect of vulnerability in terms of trade in times of crisis and maintaining the balance between exports and economic growth. It is concluded that, despite the great efforts made by countries such as Peru, Chile and Colombia in terms of foreign trade policy, they continue to be dependent on exports of primary products from the mining sector with little value added.
