Diagnosis of family enterprises in the face of unemployment

The objective was based on analyzing the enterprises in the city of La Troncal as an alternative to face unemployment, a situation that the world is currently experiencing and that has increased with the appearance of the covid pandemic, affecting its economy. Using a descriptive methodology with a non-experimental design. Unemployment can be considered as a situation that occurs when people looking for a job outnumber the number of job offers, which is why people look for a new option to obtain income. According to the most relevant results, there is great enthusiasm to undertake, having their own source of income with their knowledge and experience motivates them every day, despite the circumstances that arise.
