Management by processes: results to improve care in health care institutions

Health coverage is in constant transformation coupled with time, currently the main objective has focused on analyzing the viability with which public policies acted in the face of the COVID-19 health emergency, hence the importance of structuring operational and administrative care. Methodologically, it is descriptive, non-experimental, with a sample of 150 users who receive medical care, who presented the need to increase new specialties and improve the quality of care. The need to implement a process management model was born; The agile internal integral relationship in management would be achieved, leaving a foundation of success, reliability and quality, capturing the greatest attraction to free access that the needs of the user demand at the moment the emergency arises.
