Organizational Structure and its relationship with administrative processes in private educational institutions

To develop an administrative structure, it is necessary to establish an orderly process for the functions carried out by the educational units, so that it allows them to designate decentralized responsibilities and specify their work areas through planning, organization, direction, coordination and control, the objective of This research is to propose a new administrative structural implementation that improves the functions of the Nuestra Familia Private Educational Unit, which allows to know the members of the educational entity, their functions and responsibilities at the level of the different positions. The field study is non-experimental, descriptive. The results were obtained through surveys applied to all personnel, therefore, it was possible to analyze that the institution does not carry out an adequate management of human resources and needs to implement a human talent department that facilitates the management and control of all functions and personnel processes.
