Genially and Powtoon as didactic resources in Basic Elementary

The objective of this research is to determine the level of feasibility of the implementation of ICTs as a pedagogical strategy at the elementary level of educational institutions in the Gualaceo canton. It was developed from a descriptive non-experimental cross-sectional typology, the study was applied to a population sample of 81 men and women who teach classes in urban and rural schools of the Gualaceo Canton, Azuay province - Ecuador. 22% of the teachers stated, according to their perception, that they felt fully trained on the use of ICT. The main problem that arises is the digital divide as a construction element of more equitable and just societies around access, not only to information, but to education, given the virtual circumstances in which we find ourselves as educators.
