Quality in the management of the socio integrator projects of the national agrofinance training program

Abstract

The research was carried out in the National Training Program (PNF) in Agroalimentación, belonging to the Regional Polytechnic University of Falcón "Alonso Gamero", based in Coro, Falcón state. The objective was to evaluate the quality in the management of the integrating projects (PSI). The study consisted of descriptive research, supported by field research. The population was formed by 22 individuals, teachers attached to the PNF in Agroalimentación, for the sample 22 individuals were selected from the population because they are the teachers who work directly with the social integrator projects as teachers guides and / or advisers. The information was collected through a SWOT analysis, document review and the application of an instrument. The obtained results showed the existence of a series of limitations that directly affect the successful development of PSI in the communities, it is necessary to emphasize that the lack of post - PSI information. The review of PSI data in communities between 2011-2016 showed that less than 10% of PSIs were given continuity in the same community, and the number of projects was reduced to 30% over that period. weather.
