Other justice from cultural diversity and emerging popular power

Speak of "Justice Other" implies presenting an epistemic horizon of another way of thinking justice. In the present research from the study of different cultural scenarios, where one seeks to dismantle on the one hand, the notion of justice that is not, and which is no more than the notion of the dominant Eurocentric Christian system with a Greco-Roman bag. And on the other hand, to bring to light, the notions of justice from the analysis of the identity diversity as the basis of the organization of the emerging popular power and the one that arises from the coexistence itself, visibilizing in turn the problematic State - Popular Power. It seeks with the present Researcher who seeks a notion of justice Another that arises from the relationships, theoretical and experiential contradictions that arose during the same and give it a legal social plural. The research will be developed under the methodology of the radical hermeneutics of the context.
