Abstract

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze gender ideology, the new cultural subversion in Ecuador and its political discourse. It was supported by the quantitative methodology which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. From a documentary-bibliographic perspective. In addition, the inductive-deductive method is applied. The analytical-synthetic method was proposed, by means of which a whole is decomposed into parts extracting qualities. The data were obtained from sources related to laws, norms and refereed works. It is concluded that this ideology does not initially attack the political bases, but rather it is focused on attacking first the bases of the social structure generating an internal polarization, that is to say, it attacks first the culture and then once the cultural and social hegemony is obtained, at least a favorable polarization attacks the political and state organization causing a sort of an evil positive right.
