Comprehensive legal training strategy to strengthen protagonic participation in the ethical policy construction of the popular power of the new historical subject

The deficient on-the-epistemological and axiological formation of popular power for theconstruction of the socialist revolutionary system of government of the American
continent, demonstrates the problematic present in the popular power, to give way to
this problem is offered as a goal Design a strategy of legal training for to strengthen the
protagonist participation in the political ethical construction of the popular power
originating from the new historical subject, after applying the Research Participatory
Transformative Action methodology, in order to investigate, educate, instruct,
communicate and analyze under the approach of meaningful learning and paradigm
Socio Crítico whose principles are; knowing and understanding reality to transform it and
the dialectical method critical and synthesis analysis, logical historical, induction
deduction; on the other hand documentary analysis, surveys and interviews, among
others; it is expected as results through the self-reflection of knowledge exchange to
develop the epistemological and axiological grounds of popular power for the political
ethical construction of the original popular power of the new historical subject
