Abstract

Community organization as a way to achieve true popular power, by the hand of all
those who are part of a community, has become a difficult achievement, there are even
moments when it is believed that it could be a true utopia, understand that this
organization is necessary for a collective good and that assuming popular power is a
social act, humanitarian, solidarity, tolerant and respect and social justice is an idea that
costs to turn it into reality, since multiple conflicts do not allow agreements and
reasonable decision-making for the common good. This is how the culture of peace as a
way of life becomes an option for the governance of peoples; and a liberation and
development option for communities and their people. Therefore, through the sociocritical
paradigm emphasizes the role of the historical, social, economic, cultural, school
and family contexts of the learning process where human values are weighted, and it is
essential to focus on the implementation of participatory strategies that promote a
culture of peace as that alternative to resolve conflicts and achieve harmonious and
productive interpersonal relationships; through participatory action research and
research methodology transformative that allowed a participatory analysis of the entire
investigative process, where all those involved became protagonists of the study, which
in turn gave it an emancipatory character. As key informants were counted on members
of the 4 communal councils that make life in that community. Finally, it can be
considered that conflicts within the community are poorly channeled, which generates
stormy interpersonal relationships, despite the fact that the neighbors agree on the need
to know adequate strategies to solve the community conflicts that arise.
