Comprehensive reparation for victims of violence

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze comprehensive reparation for victims of violence. This research used the quantitative method, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. It was supported by a documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. It is concluded that it is important to address domestic violence from multiple perspectives, including awareness raising, education, victim support and treatment of perpetrators. The implementation of appropriate policies and laws is also essential to prevent and address this serious social problem. Promoting family relationships based on respect, empathy and positive communication can help break the cycle of violence and foster safe and healthy family environments.
