Socio-legal effect caused by migration in Ecuador during 2022

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the socio-legal effect caused by migration during 2022 in Ecuador. This research used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, which originates from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. It is concluded that the international migration of Ecuadorians in 2022 caused two major consequences, firstly, the dismemberment of the family nucleus of those who migrated, and the social problems that were triggered: depression, job desertion, abuse, gangs and detachment from family relationships.
