Comprehensive reparation for victims of psychological violence in the Ecuadorian criminal process

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the integral reparation to the victims of psychological violence within the Ecuadorian criminal process. The research was framed within a qualitative, descriptive-documentary approach for the analysis of the proposed elements, and the procedure used was non-experimental of transversal origin to carry out an in-depth analysis of the problem under study. Likewise, the inductive, analytical, synthetic and systemic mechanism was used. The theoretical methods of the research will be used as the inductive, analytical, synthetic and systemic method, and two main techniques were used: documentary and interviews. It is concluded that, the difficulties of the evidence cannot be synonymous of impunity, for this reason it must be avoided that those who have exercised acts of violence at psychological, sexual or physical level do not find shelter in it to evade the statutes that the law establishes.
