Abstract

The discovery of community and collective organization as the epicenter of reflection and emancipatory praxis, no longer as an isolated individual that produces fragmentary knowledge but as a collective researcher and transformer, generated the work in the project groups. To the systematization of experiences of this process during the development of the I Cohort of Specialists in Judicial Management, allowed to identify some needs identifying as the thematic axes the organization, the transformation of mechanisms of legitimacy and community justice to the creation and management of public policies Not by decree but by reflection and practice.
