Abstract

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the covid-19 health emergency and its impact on the right to education. The research was developed under the quantitative paradigmatic modality, through the documentary-bibliographic analysis method, exploring and analyzing information from previous research, newspapers, laws, norms, among others. On the other hand, the inductive-deductive method was used, which helped to reach a general conclusion, having as a starting point a perception with data in a particular and singular way, considering that there was a violation of the right to education. It is concluded that the pandemic was and has been a social phenomenon both globally and nationally negative for all societies and countries, affecting their economy, the health of their inhabitants, as well as the right to education of students. The right to education is a vital and indispensable right, a duty of the State.
