Code of Ethics 2021: Anti-corruption approach in Ecuador's executive function

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the Code of Ethics 2021: Anti-corruption method in the executive function of Ecuador. It was elaborated under the quantitative paradigmatic modality, by means of the documentary-bibliographic analysis method, it explored and analyzed information in normative documents, books and basic texts of the legal career, this allows analyzing all the events and facts to reach global references in the research. On the other hand, the inductive-deductive method was used, which helped to reach a conclusion in a general way, having as a starting point a perception with data in a particular and singular way, when considering the Code of Ethics. It is concluded that, a notorious difference has been noticed regarding the fulfillment of professional ethics in the functions they perform. Ethics is purely personal, therefore, the existence of the Code of Ethics does not ensure the control of corruption in the country.
