Social reintegration of deprived of liberty from the Social Rehabilitation Center of Babahoyo in 2019

The objective of this research is to identify the violation of prison rights and guarantees, in terms of the reintegration of people deprived of liberty at the Babahoyo Social Rehabilitation Center in 2019. The documentary research, framed in a documentary design, since a series of data obtained related to the social reintegration of those deprived of liberty is analyzed and studied, coming from laws, norms, theses, among other bibliographic sources. The population is made up of laws, norms, theses, magazines; supporting the theoretical and legal content. The content analysis technique allowed the study and consideration of the variables, generating their relationship. It is concluded that social rehabilitation is not responding to the progressive system of social reintegration, due to an inoperative administration that has allowed the abuse and violation of human rights and the State must re-dimension the management that takes place in the rehabilitation centers.
