Displacement of government security by private security

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the displacement of state security by private security. This research used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. It is concluded that, in order to achieve the desired security, it is necessary to increase patrolling by the National Police, on foot, in mobile units and on motorcycles permanently in Ciudadela Ibarra. Reinforce security with video surveillance cameras connected to ECU 911 with permanent monitoring, reception of telephone complaints and immediate response to flagrant infractions.
