La responsabilidad ética del cuidado de enfermería desde el existencialismo en la atención directa

Objetivo: Sistematizar la evidencia científica sobre la responsabilidad ética del cuidado de enfermería desde el existencialismo en la atención directa de publicaciones entre 2020 a 2026. Métodos: Estuvo orientada y controlada por la rúbrica PRISMA 2020, se basó en Poblaciones, Conceptos y Contexto; la búsqueda se realizó en las bases de datos PubMed/MEDLINE, PubMed Central y SciELO. Una vez que se refinó la búsqueda, se incluyeron 50 artículos. Resultados: más del 85% eran estudios cualitativos y de revisión, la mayor producción fue en 2025 y 2026; se revelaron 4 ejes: responsabilidad y deliberación moral; sufrimiento moral e instituciones; humanización y autonomía en la atención; y dignidad con acompañamiento existencial hasta el final de la vida. Conclusión: Se analizó literaturas sobre libertades, responsabilidades, presencia, culpabilidad, relaciones intersubjetivas y atención, así como propuso el fortalecimiento del espacio de la reflexión ética.
